You're using a WPML version from more than 5 years ago, which is not compatible with WordPress 6+ Before we can even try to find a solution for your issue (which might be caused by the old version), you should update following this procedure https://wpml.org/it/faq/how-to-safely-update-wpml-from-an-old-to-new-version/
