I successfully run the code on hidden link
Suddenly REST API is enabled, which is strange, but the automatic translation option throws the same error.

Could it be a firewall setting or some other internet connection problem? Otherwise, all is working pretty well on the internet.

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. REST API is still showing "No" on the staging site and I don't think Automatic Translation will work on the staging.

But anyway, could you please check your production site and navigate to WPML > Support, Scroll down to Advanced translation editor, and click on Error logs, Please share the last 3 logs with me.

Attached screenshot for our reference.

Thanks for your reply.

It looks like there are some permission issues. Please try the following steps after a backup and check if it helps or not

1) Visit WPML.org>>My Accounts>>Sites - https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2) Delete the existing site key
3) Then create a new subscription key for the site
4) Visit the Site Dashboard and go to Plugins>>Add New>>Commercial
5) Click on the *Unregister WPML from this site* button
6) Register with the new site key and refresh the page

If the issue exists, please share both WP and FTP access here to your production site and I will escalate this to our 2nd Tier Support for further assistance.

Please use the last temporary login I sent. 2-step verification was turned on. This is the reason why you couldn't enter the website.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please notice this is the live website. We tried things before on the stagging website, like disabling plugins, etc., but it didn't bring results.

I've a response from our 2nd Tier Support and he mentioned that you're using Email Encoder and here is the solution for your issue https://wpml.org/errata/email-encoder-protect-email-addresses-and-phone-numbers-there-is-a-problem-connecting-to-automatic-translation/ .

I can't find WordPress filters in my installation of the Email Encoder plugin. I use the latest updated version.
