Hello, yes, the plugin that you installed will continue working even if you don’t renew your subscription. An active subscription is required only to access new versions and our support help.
I am afraid we do not offer free trials of WPML. You are welcome to try our plugin and if it does not suit your needs we will refund you. You have until 30 days to do it https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds-policy/.
Hi,
I was wondering about something, it says in the purchase page that there’s a cost for account renewal per year, is that for having updates and support? or i have to buy it every year
Yes, it’s for updates and support. Renewals are optional and the plugin(s) that you installed will continue working even if you don’t renew your subscription.
Hello,
I would like your plugin. But before buy your plugin, i have some questions.
1. Is WPML plugin compatible with my my word press website (https://travel.total.guide/)
2. Does your plugin support with Mongolian language?
3. How many languages options for 79$ packages ?
You need to buy and after the purchase, you need to go into your WPML account and click Cancel. You will be able to use WPML for one year but after the first year, WPML won’t try to charge you again.
Hi,
We are planning to sell our product in different countries, two at the moment. At this point we don’t need translation, both can use English. But we need to set different currencies, prices and display or not certain product pages depending on the region selection. Can this be achieved with WPML?
Hi,
A client wants us to translate their website. We suggested they use WPML to send us XLF files which we then translate manually in a CAT tool. But they do not want to pay for the license. Is it possible that we buy the Multilingual Agency license and give the license key to our client to use for exporting the XLF files?
We do not want to participate in the translation service integration program (yet).
Thanks and KR,
Anna
Hi,
I checked and saw that I already bought the Multilanguage Blog license. It’s expired now, and I need to use your plugin for another website. This website makes use of a page builder. Can I translate the content with the Multilanguage Blog version? Or do I then need the Multilingual CMS?
Thanks in advance,
Ruben
Hi, I need to make a new wp pages and I will probably use Real Estate, Real homes or Houzez wp theme. What is the procedure for using your plugin: I make all the pages in one language (Croatian) and then Your plugin translates it when you press other language (eng, german or similar)?
Hi, am wondering if WPML can translate only one email in woocommerce.
Question: 1
Currently, the site is in English and i wanna translate only the new order email in Chinese and all other emails are still in English.
Question 2
The site is a single language site, not dual language, can WPML do that without being a dual language site?
PS: we put a Gravity Form in woocommerce using Gravity form plugin and gravity form for woocommerce form plugin. and we need to translate the form detail too.
Hello Jeffrey,
WPML allows you to translate all strings from WooCommerce, emails including. But I don’t think that it’s a good idea to install WPML only if you want to maintain the site only in English and to translate just one email. WPML, when used for the WooCommerce-based sites, requires lots of resources. It would be an overkill for that case. It makes sense to use WPML for an e-commerce site only if you plan to provide your products in more than language.
My themes are traveler, eduma 3.0 education wordpress theme and NUVO restaurant theme.
What do you mean it doesn\’t translate your content automatically. Please more details explain it.
I think WPML plugin translate automatically posts, pages and custom types.
WPML provides you an interface to translate your content but you need to insert the translations by yourself. So for example, when you have a page in English and you want to make it available in Spanish, after installing WPML, you will see an extra button in your edit screen to translate this specif page.
If you are not interested in manual translations, we have two following options:
1. You can use our Advanced Translation Editor, it uses machine translations. Please learn more about it here: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/
Advanced Translation Editor is a subscription-based service, currently in beta.
During the beta period, it is completely free to use. It will stay free at least until September 2018.
2. You can send your content to one of the professional translation services (each service has their own fees)
Hi, I was on my pregnancy leave so I missed the offer of “renewing” the new WPML license, message below. May I know what will happen and how do they eventually stop working? And what was the offer that I missed? You could email me directly thanks!

Our one-time offer to renew expired WPML accounts and lock-in the previous pricing ends tomorrow.
As of tomorrow, if you need to get new versions of WPML, you’ll need to pay the full price to buy a new account. The price for WPML accounts for unlimited sites goes up from $79 to $159.
If you’re still using WPML, please remember that old versions will eventually stop working with newer versions of WordPress.
Act now and take advantage of this offer by logging in to your WPML account. You will see the renewal instructions in your account page.
Hello, I checked your WPML and you have a Lifetime subscription, so nothing changes for you. You will receive updates and you can use our support forum forever.
I always had plan which can be used on as many sites as i wanted. Now i see plans changed i need to use it on many sites can i update my plan to multilungal agency but on renewal price as i renew every year and how can i do it?
Hello Kasper,
you are right. Now, if you want to use WPML for many sites and always have access to the most recent version and our support forum, you need to renew it every year. Renewals are optional and if you don’t renew, you can still use the plugins that you downloaded/installed.
We used to have the Lifetime accounts but we no longer have.
We have yearly subscriptions now but renewals are optional and needed only for future updates and our support help.
Hello Peter,
Do you distribute your plugins publicly or are they for custom use? If public, please submit your request here https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/
If not, you will need to purchase a subscription to access the files and technical help.
Hello, i would like to ask if with the Multilingual Blog purchase I will have the flag swicher in my blog. Also What if i choose to update a specific renew, what will happen with the rest that I didnt renew in the past. Will I charged them too?
Hello Giwta,
Thanks for your interest. The Blog version will allow you to use the language flag. The subscription is yearly and if you do not renew you will lose access to updates and support. Note the Blog version will let you use the core plugin only.
Hello Stephanie,
Yes, you are welcome to buy for a customer. Simply place your order from our Purchase page and fill in the details. If you add yours you can then edit the company details logged in from your acocunt in Settings and download the updated invoice with the details, if you need it.
Hello, i just want to ask! If i want my slider revolution’s sliders translated and the content of the Elementor page builder, do i have to purchase the Multilingual CMS?
I am getting an error when placing order. I called my bank they told me test transactions are completed successfully but the second one is getting declined by the bank because CVC is missing.
I would like to ask you if I can have your Swift code and IBAN so that we can pay for this plugin since we are a government institution and we need to prepare an invoice with your IBAN and Swift code.
Hello Fjola,
Thanks for your interest but I am afraid we do not accept direct wire transfers. You are welcome to pay with your bank account through PayPal echeques.
Let me knowof any further question.
if I have websites registered with an earlier purchase of Multilingual CMS, can I update all of them with a new purchase of Multilingual CMS, and additionally register 3 new websites?
Do I remember correctly, that in the past, there were no limits to the number of websites one could register with Multilingual CMS?
Or is the registration only necessary for updates and support, but one may use the plugin on more then 3 sites, without update and support?
Hello,
2-3 months ago we sent an email to the WPML users in a position as you what we can offer you instead. But this offer was time limited. Please contact us directly at hello@wpml.org, explain your situation (just copy paste what you have posted here) and we will see what we can do for you.

I have 4 different vendors. 2 supply pricing in US$, 1 in GBP, and 1 in AUS.
I am using WP All Import to import products & pricing. With the current currency tool I am using, it assumes that all products have the same base currency – so if I import US$ pricelist, it will correctly calculate AU$. However if I import AU$ price list, it assumes that these are US$ and displays AU$ as significantly less.
Will your product help me specify a different base currency for each product?
Hello, I’m not sure if we support prices in different currencies for the WP All Import and our integration with that plugin. I guess, we don’t. Let me check with our Compatibility Team.
OK, confirmed with the Compatibility Team. We don’t support it. So the answer is no, our product won’t help you to specify a different base currency for each product, neither manually, not when used along with the WP All Import plugin.
Hi,
If i buy Multilingual Agency key. After one year,My plugin installed still working without update or not? Thanks for your help.

I only want to book the plugin for a year (there is no more budget from the client).
How can I stop the automatic renewal?
Thanks!

Hello Kostiantyn,
Yes, what you have described is possible if you use the WPML with WooCommerce. Here’s are the details. You need to have at least the Multilingual CMS package. You will also need to add regional languages manually as explained in this tutorial:
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/editing-wpmls-languages-table/

Hi, i am interested in buying the plugin (lifetime) but first i have to mention that i like to build my websites with Elementor.
How would you consider your app ready to translate Elementor pages?
Also i am wondering if the plug in translates also the menu (global and local navigation bars) and the footer of the pages
Thanks
Hello Alessandro,
We do not sell lifetime subscriptions. We offer yearly subscriptions with automatic renewals. Please check this article to use WPML and Elementor https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/

A customer wants to see an example or 2 of a language per domain setup, do you have example sites I can share?
