  1. Hi there,

    We are struggling to process the payment using PayPal, I’m from India, not sure if issue is with my credit card of with Paypal processing payments, can you please share details of an alternative payment processor.

    In Pricing page or checkout process, there is not alternative payment option, it is directly taking me to PayPal login page after clicking on “Place Order”.

    Please guide for payment to process ASAP.

    • Hello, you can try using your credit card. On the “checkout” page you will see a link entitled “Use a different payment processor” (at the bottom of the page, under the orange button). Please click on it. But I’m not sure if payments by card from India are currently supported. So if you cannot see this “Use a different payment processor” on the bottom of the checkout page please let us know.

    • Hello, thanks for your interest in WPML.
      Regular links in regular Elementor pages will be handled automatically by WPML but sometimes you have non-standard links (in some special Elementor widgets or in the dynamic content (Elementor Pro)) and here you need to handle them manually. If you get stuck with some non-standard links, please reach out to our support forum to get some help.

      Thank you for your interest in WPML.
      You pay separately for the WPML plugins and separately for using additional translation credits.
      When you buy WPML plugins you will get 90 000 credits for free (for the Multilingual CMS package). This number of credits will allow you to fully translate a medium-size website to another language. If you need more credits, you need to buy them. You cna buy credits in two ways: pre-paid package or by signing up for the so-called Pay-as-you-go. If you choose Pay-as-you-go, you will be gettning 2000 credits for free for each month.
      If you renew your WPML subscription for the next year you will get a discount and you will pay 75% of your initial price. WPML plugins will work even if you don’t renew your subscription but you won’t have access to new versions and our support forum. I hope it helps.

    In the editor, it shows the 4 options of languages
    However, when opening the website, it only shows the English flag and name.
    So no switcher or other language options. Even though they have been added and saved in the settings, and works in the preview of my WordPress page.

      WPML is compatible with the “Real Estate Manager Pro” plugin. I’m not sure if this is the plugin you are mentioning. Can I have the link to the plugin homepage, please?

  6. i am using wpml plugin to change my website’s currency , but my payment gateway only support gbp,
    is this possible to show prices in euro to my customers and automatically change the total at checkout to the default currency GBP?

    • Hello,
      according to our documentation it seems possible:

      the final checkout will use the currency your payment gateway was set up with. This means that your customer may see the final checkout in a different currency than they have been shopping in so far.

      When this is the case, the checkout page displays which currency will be used in the transaction if it is different from the one already selected by the user. The total amount is also displayed in the converted currency.

      but you would need to test it with your payment gateway.

      The Multicurrency plugin is free so please use it:

      and test with your gateway.

    I have purchased the plugin without registering as a new user. At the time of download I had to log in, so I entered my old account. It says the account has expired. So I have paid for the plugin but I can’t download it.

    • Hello Marta,
      If it’s been over a year since your account expired, downloading the old version wouldn’t help much because WordPress has changed and using old versions of WordPress (and old versions of plugins) is not recommended due to security reasons. You need to have an active WPML account to have access to WPML plugins. Please let me know if you need any help.

  8. Good morning, yes I need help, I bought the plugin. Invoice number WPML-11969573. How can I access the downloads? Or how do I create another account to link the product?

    I need to translate 3 web pages. From my account I have bought the plugin again (invoice WPML-11970433) because I have a delivery date and I need to start translating now.

    I’d like to assign the download of the first invoice WPML-11969573 to a new account for my client but I can’t even access the download page.
    I don’t know if the mail is wrong but I haven’t received the invoice for the first purchase. I know that it has been done by the Pay Pal voucher. I include payment image in mail.

  9. Hello, If I use the “Multilingual CMS The complete solution for multilingual WordPress” purchase will you then translate our whole website from Swedish to Finnish including all product data? How does it work when you do this?

      yes, WPML can translate WooCommerce products too.
      I’m not sure, if your site will be automatically translated 100% (because there might be some things you need to translate manually). But regular pages, products, posts and categories can be automatically translated.

      This is because your account expired in April. I am afraid the renewal fee is no longer available since you missed the renewal date. We also sent you several notifications before and after the renewal date so that you could keep the discount. You are welcome to purchase a new subscription for the full amount.

  11. I have already reset my account password but I have bought the plugin 2 times. One of them without using my registration account (martaC-18). I need to download the FIRST purchase that does not have a registration user but I have not received any purchase email. How do I access the download screen of that first purchase? The invoice is: WPML-11969573.

  13. im unable to RENEW manually my agency license as the auto payment had failed… now im seeing only this warning in my account

    “Your Multilingual Agency account has expired. To download WPML and get support, please purchase a new account” ???

    how come the RENEW option is not there?? that is not right…im also not able post in the support forum about this as it keeps telling that its only for paying clients…

      Your WPML subscription expired on July 23, 2022 and that’s why you cannot see the renew option. You need to buy WPML again. Please log into your WPML account and then put the CMS package into your cart, this way you can keep the same account and the same email. I also recommend you not to cancel your automatic renewals and this way you won’t miss your next renewal date.
