actually your live chat support agents in italy are not available .. and if i want in english for new ticket then it shows 404 error page "https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/"

also i am following you steps for blog page .. my blog page translations are working now but images are not getting and also in default language it shows 404 page

what are the symbols in the back end of the pages?
the eye? the route ? and the settings symbols?

than i can proceed in this way
i think is more simple than we think..all the pages should be set i suppose. 1 i have to change the name _ of the page in order to find them in the menu _ all page to add.. to the different language menu

than we see what are the page that are taken from the _ automatic and what not.

this we can teach to the customer one times we have set the menu ..the customer can control the pages. and disable the autmatin when .. is not completed and complete herself

confirm?

I'm sorry to hear about the ongoing issues. Please consult this article that explains how you can manually translate pages: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/

As for the "eye" icon, it indicates the need to review translations, as explained here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-review-automatic-translations-on-your-site/

I want to turn off the automatic translation. Please go to WPML > Settings > Translation Mode > Switch to "Translate What You Choose".

Would you mind giving these suggestions a try and informing me of your experience?

This error typically occurs when translations are assigned to someone else in WPML > Translations. Are you the only user on the site set as a translator under WPML > Translation Management > Translators?

If not, I recommend trying to resend the job from WPML > Translation Management (dashboard > select the job you want to review and send it for translation again). This should remove the "old" user set as a reviewer and allow you to translate the page successfully this time.
