    We would like to purchase your plugin, but we have one question:
    The CMS subscription offers 3 websites to register. We have multiple subdomains like support.trifact365.com and blog.trifact365.com. Does each subdomain count as one website?

    • If each of these is an individual WordPress site, then yes, it counts for activations. If you need to run WPML on many separate WordPress installations, you can get our Agency account, which allows unlimited sites. You can start with the CMS account now, upgrade to the Agency account later and only pay the difference when you upgrade.

  3. Hi,

    May be a dumb question :-), but if I buy and install your plugin, do I need to install shortcode on every page and section of my website that I want to translate? Basically I’d like visitors to my website to have the option to translate to their native language, if they wish. This would include all pages on my site, including several widgets. I’m using a CSSIgniter theme.

    • Hello Brian,
      Thanks for your interest. When you install WPML it will take care automatically of adding the translated pages/posts, and all other elements of your site (including widgets). It will give you 3 options to add the translated content itself:
      automatic translation/professional translation service/ a local translator. More info here

      So can I clarify, if I install WPML on our website, the website will still appear in English, but website visitors will have the option to translate various pages/posts depending upon what languages I offer..? Or do I need to go through the process of translating all content as detailed in your documentation.

      • Hello Brian, the second option is correct: you need to go through the process of translating all content. There are different ways to do it. You can also send your translations to one of the professional translation services we are integrated with, you can use machine translations (but these need to be approved manually by you as well).

      • OK.. So I translate all the pages with one of the methods you detail, and then once this is done, when a customer logs on to my website they will have the option to view either the English version, or the translated version…???

    Or do I take the Multilingual CMS that content “Pages Builder support” ?

      I am afraid we do not offer discounts. You will need the CMS subscription, including the WCML module and allowing to register up to 3 sites.

    • Hello Andy, it’s optional. You can still use WPML plugins if you don’t renew your subscription but you will lose access to new updates and our support help. You will find the cancel button in your WPML account. You can cancel anytime.

  5. If I buy the Multilingual CMS version I have to register all 3 sites within the first year or I can register them later even if a don’t renew my account? How this registration is made? Thank you.

      you can register sites anytime but to register a site, your WPML subscription needs to be active. To answer your question, if you don’t renew your WPML subscription, you won’t be able to register any site. You can still use WPML plugin but you won’t be getting new updates and our support assistance.

    • Hello, I can see your website uses the Wyzi theme. We are compatible. You need to buy the Multilingual CMS or the Multilingual Agency package.

    I purchased the WPML plugin few days ago.

    I am on the list of support. And My website crashed that week-end. So, because from Saturday evening to Sunday, you don’t work, I haven’t sent a message to my support. I did it this morning.

    But, in the meantime I received a message from WPML saying that without message from me, they will come back to my thread only in 3 days! It’s impossible! My website crashed and the error message is connected to the WPML plugin. I can’t wait 3 days without you resolve the problem. So, you should come back today to my thread!

    So, please, if you could report today that there is a problem.

    The theme LMS has a compatibility with WPML. So, I would like that you tell me clearly why the website crashed and I have to refund it or not.

      Good day to you too.
      It’s periodical – we charge once a year. You can cancel your WPML subscription anytime and your plugins will continue working fine but you will lose access to future releases and our support forum.

  9. Hello good morning, when I buy the plugin it is only valid for one year and I have to renew its annual license?

    • Your subscription will be renewed automatically after the first year (if you have enough funds on your PayPal or the credit card). You can cancel your subscription anywhen you want (just locate the cancel button in your WPML account). The plugins that you’ve installed will continue working even if you don’t renew your subscription.

      1. you can only pay by credit card or PayPal.
      2. You will lose access to updates (new releases of our plugins) and our support forum but the plugins that you have installed will continue working.

    If I buy the MULTILINGUAL CMS plan and during the year I find out that I need to do more than 3 websites will I be able to upgrade the MULTILINGUAL AGENCY plan paying ONLY the difference bwtewwn the two plans (159-79= 80$) ?
    Or in case I will need to register more than 3 website am I going to pay 159+79= 238$ ?
