Hi, It’s Elena here, I would like to buy WPML, because I saw its compatibility with Slider Revolution.
I saw also different price package: in that one for $29 is it included also the management of Slider Revolution?
We would like to purchase your plugin, but we have one question:
The CMS subscription offers 3 websites to register. We have multiple subdomains like support.trifact365.com and blog.trifact365.com. Does each subdomain count as one website?
If each of these is an individual WordPress site, then yes, it counts for activations. If you need to run WPML on many separate WordPress installations, you can get our Agency account, which allows unlimited sites. You can start with the CMS account now, upgrade to the Agency account later and only pay the difference when you upgrade.
May be a dumb question :-), but if I buy and install your plugin, do I need to install shortcode on every page and section of my website that I want to translate? Basically I’d like visitors to my website to have the option to translate to their native language, if they wish. This would include all pages on my site, including several widgets. I’m using a CSSIgniter theme.
Hello Brian,
Thanks for your interest. When you install WPML it will take care automatically of adding the translated pages/posts, and all other elements of your site (including widgets). It will give you 3 options to add the translated content itself:
automatic translation/professional translation service/ a local translator. More info here https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/ https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/
So can I clarify, if I install WPML on our website, the website will still appear in English, but website visitors will have the option to translate various pages/posts depending upon what languages I offer..? Or do I need to go through the process of translating all content as detailed in your documentation.
Hello Brian, the second option is correct: you need to go through the process of translating all content. There are different ways to do it. You can also send your translations to one of the professional translation services we are integrated with, you can use machine translations (but these need to be approved manually by you as well).
OK.. So I translate all the pages with one of the methods you detail, and then once this is done, when a customer logs on to my website they will have the option to view either the English version, or the translated version…???
Sorry for another question – just want to make sure I get it right – Cheers – Brian
I have built my website with DIVI theme and the pages with the Divibuilder (by elegant theme) and I would like to know if the Multilingual Blog solution could work with ?
Or do I take the Multilingual CMS that content “Pages Builder support” ?
Thanks in advance for your precious help,
Have a nice day,
Joelle
Hello John,
I am afraid we do not offer discounts. You will need the CMS subscription, including the WCML module and allowing to register up to 3 sites.
Hello Andy, it’s optional. You can still use WPML plugins if you don’t renew your subscription but you will lose access to new updates and our support help. You will find the cancel button in your WPML account. You can cancel anytime.
If I buy the Multilingual CMS version I have to register all 3 sites within the first year or I can register them later even if a don’t renew my account? How this registration is made? Thank you.
Hello Richard,
you can register sites anytime but to register a site, your WPML subscription needs to be active. To answer your question, if you don’t renew your WPML subscription, you won’t be able to register any site. You can still use WPML plugin but you won’t be getting new updates and our support assistance.
This theme hasn’t been tested by our Compatibility Team. The theme author says that it works with WPML but since we never tested this theme you might have some issues with translating some theme-dependent (non-standard) options.
Our Compatibility Team works closely with the theme authors when performing the testing. It needs to be initiated by the theme author. And the waiting queue is pretty long. You can buy WPML and test it yourself. If it doesn’t work, you can request a refund. You will have 30 days to request a refund: https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds-policy/ You can also ask technical questions during that trial.
Hello,
I am building a 1-page site for a bilingual tour guide in the San Francisco bay area. The site is currently in English, but she also needs it to translate into French. I’ve used Elementor to build the page. Which version of WPML will get the results we need? Let me know if you need additional information.
I am on the list of support. And My website crashed that week-end. So, because from Saturday evening to Sunday, you don’t work, I haven’t sent a message to my support. I did it this morning.
But, in the meantime I received a message from WPML saying that without message from me, they will come back to my thread only in 3 days! It’s impossible! My website crashed and the error message is connected to the WPML plugin. I can’t wait 3 days without you resolve the problem. So, you should come back today to my thread!
So, please, if you could report today that there is a problem.
The theme LMS has a compatibility with WPML. So, I would like that you tell me clearly why the website crashed and I have to refund it or not.
Thank you for your reply.
My support answered to me. We try to fix the things. I manage to open again the WP dashboard. My support told me to do two things that I will try to do those coming days. In function of the result, I will see if I maintain or not the WPML.
Hello,
Good day to you too.
It’s periodical – we charge once a year. You can cancel your WPML subscription anytime and your plugins will continue working fine but you will lose access to future releases and our support forum.
i am planning to buy The WordPress Multilingual Plugin but i have a question first can i use Woocommerce category in multi language using the WPML plugin?
Your subscription will be renewed automatically after the first year (if you have enough funds on your PayPal or the credit card). You can cancel your subscription anywhen you want (just locate the cancel button in your WPML account). The plugins that you’ve installed will continue working even if you don’t renew your subscription.

If I buy the MULTILINGUAL CMS plan and during the year I find out that I need to do more than 3 websites will I be able to upgrade the MULTILINGUAL AGENCY plan paying ONLY the difference bwtewwn the two plans (159-79= 80$) ?
Or in case I will need to register more than 3 website am I going to pay 159+79= 238$ ?
Hi, I’m trying to give you money but your website won’t let me, the password reset puts itself into a never-ending loop when clicking on the received email. Do you have a suitable resolution for this issue?
We have a website in German using the plugins Polylang and Lingotek (100’000 free characters) to translate the first posts. The Polylang language selector is integrated on the top right of the menu https://drive.google.com/open?id=1r4gWOQo7zb2Gq3HUYtA58NUEu-7EBIoR and we would like to keep it. For the remaining German posts is it possible to translate them?
Hello Annemiek,
We have not tested this theme but it should work well, if it was coded following WordPress standard. Here is a list of the themes we have tested https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/. In any case, you will be able to ask for help at our forum, if needed and we can also contact the author. You are welcome to try WPML and see how it works for you, you have until 30 days to try it and ask for a refund https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds-policy/.

Hello, to use the Slider Revolution you will need the Multilingual CMS package:
https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/creating-multilingual-sliders-with-revolution-slider-and-wpml/
It requires the WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML String Translation, WPML Translation Management plugins and only the CMS version has them all.

Hi there….
I want to know what package suits my website…
https://felguide.com
Thanks.
Hello, I can see your website uses the Wyzi theme. We are compatible. You need to buy the Multilingual CMS or the Multilingual Agency package.
do you have Turkish language support
theme support https://themeforest.net/item/applauz-startup-wordpress-theme/21053363
This theme hasn’t been tested by our Compatibility Team. The theme author says that it works with WPML but since we never tested this theme you might have some issues with translating some theme-dependent (non-standard) options.
All themes tested are here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility
Hello,
yes, WPML supports Turkish. This language is on our pre-configured languages list: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/pre-configured-languages/
site default turkish turkish english translation
As I explained in my previous replies WPML supports Turkish but the Applauz theme hasn’t been tested by our Compatibility Team.
I will make a purchase if you test

We have a website in German using the plugins Polylang and Lingotek (100’000 free characters) to translate the first posts. The Polylang language selector is integrated on the top right of the menu https://drive.google.com/open?id=1r4gWOQo7zb2Gq3HUYtA58NUEu-7EBIoR and we would like to keep it. For the remaining German posts is it possible to translate them?
You can migrate your existing Polylang site to WPML by using the following guide:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/migrate-polylang-wpml/
Once you have your existing content in WPML you can translate the rest of it.
Here is a guide about the different ways you can translate your content:
