Hello, using the duplicate feature in WPML is not a problem for SEO because WPML can handle hreflang and canonical attributes correctly but please note that if you use the duplicate feature it means that the duplicated product is the same as the original product and you cannot change just some of its elements (price for example). To provide a different price you would need to translate the product instead of duplicating it.

if you already have a WPML account you need to log in and renew it (simply buy the CMS package when being long in). Then, you need to register WPML plugins (Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab) and you will be able to update the plugins. Since the plugins you have are very old, you can try to test the update on a copy first or make a full backup of your site before.
All other payments are going through normally so it must be something on your side. Please try again (maybe in another browser) and contact your bank/PayPal to check if it doesn’t help.

In case it doesn’t work then I would expect updating to latest minor version and then updating to major version could also work. Eg
Update to WPML Multilingual CMS Version 3.x.x where x’s are latest of version 3, and then do the update to latest.
But are there older versions available to pick from?
You will have access to older versions of WPML from your WPML account too. But please note that WPML is adjusted to WordPress versions too. So if you use the recent WP version, it doesn’t make sense to use a WPML that was released before that WP release.
