Problem: Updated to WP 6.3 just now. It does not open any taxonomy anymore.
Solution: Make sure that you are using WPML 4.6.5.

Solution:
It seems that the duplication process didn't go correctly. In this case, there are two approaches to fix the issue:
1) Reset WPML and start over on this clone site.
2) Re-duplicate the site without excluding any tables.
