We have not tested Kingster theme but have tested others by GoodLayers https://wpml.org/developer/goodlayers/. We support RTL. You can try WPML for 30 days and see if it works for you. If not, we will refund you.
You will need the CMS version to translate the theme.

Is it possible to translate more then 2000 words automatically a month? And also exclude certain words from automatic translation or set rules to translate certain words to a given word?

Hello, yes, that is exactly the role of the glossary. If you have the name of your company or products that you don’t want to be translated by machine translations, you can add them to the glossary saying how you want them to be translated in each language (you can use the exact same name), then the automatic translation will use that translation for that word.
For example, if you have a product called “Yes man”, you add a glossary entry where you say that “Yes man” is in French “yes man”. Then you “send” the entire page to translation in French, all occurrence will be yes man and not “Oui mec”.

You can purchase any version depending on how you are going to activate WPML. IF it will be as a multisite plugin, it will count as one url https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multisite-support/. The Blog (access to the core plugin for one site) or CMS (access to all plugins for 3 sites) should be OK.
The chap who set up the new version of the site just over a year ago chose WPML Multilingual CMS. However, I suspect that the WPML support has now expired. How much would it cost to renew/reinstate support and what is the process?

After buying WPML, you need to log into your WPML account, register your site and generate a key. Then you need to go to your site, Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab and paste the key there.
The chap may well have registered this with an email address belonging to the end client. Is there a way of checking how WPML is registered? Is there a setting/info in the installed plugin?

Yes, the payment details are not stored on our site but it will remain associated to your initial purchase and next year’s payment will be processed with this payment method. You can update the payment mehod if you need it, at any time.
My company, Opengear, is a WPML Translation Management subscriber. I am currently researching potential LSPs to help us localize content, and want to be able to manage the flow of translation content using WPML. I am only able to find 1 of the 3 companies I was going to contact listed on your website (https://wpml.org/translation-service/). If a company is not listed, must I assume that I cannot use WPML Translation Management if we work with that LSP? Thanks.

Salve, ho fatto l’acquisto di WPML, mi ha fatto scaricare un file che si chiama: buddypress-multilingual.1.6, non so se sia quello giusto e non l’ho ancora installato, anche perche’ ho letto che ci sono plug-in aggiuntivi da scaricare per il corretto funzionamento, sono andato nella pagina dei download, li ho trovati ma non me li fa scaricare.

If you don’t pay for the renewal you can keep using the files as they are installed on your sites but you will not receive updates or support. The translations will remain active.

depends on how the emails are sent. If for sending these emails you use a plugin from our plugins-compatible-with-WPML list you will be able to translate those emails. But I haven’t found anything about HubSpot though so there is a slim chance it will work out of the box.

You upgrade from the CMS to Agency for the difference in the purchase price between those two packages. With the Agency account, you will be able to register as many sites as you want (= use WPML plugin on an unlimited number of sites).

thank you for your attempt to purchase WPML but I can see that your order is still in the “pending” status. Please try the following:
1. Please log into your WPML account (if you do not know your user credentials, please reset your password with this link: https://wpml.org/account/lost-my-password/)
2. In the section Account and Payments select the option Payment history and invoices.
3. On this page a list of your orders with the corresponding status is displayed.
4. From this list you should select the order that is Pending Payment and click on the View order button next to it.
This will take you to the Order page where under the Yearly renewal section the following is displayed: > Your subscription status is: Pending. View payment details.
Click on the View payment details link that will take you to the Subscription page where under the Your recent payments you have the option to Pay for the pending payment.
By clicking on the Pay button it will take you to the checkout page where you can proceed with the payment normally.

you paid only for the words you’ve used (plus we provide a free quota each month) so you don’t use any of the paid words in a given month, we won’t charge you. The translated words will be kept on your site and you won’t lose the translations even if you cancel your subscription. If you don’t have any money on your credit card, we won’t charge.
A few more words about what if you don’t have any money on your credit card. We will attempt to charge you a few more times and if there is still no luck, we will block the usage of machine translation with a message with the link to pay.

Are users required to pick the language they wish to see? Can the plugin read the browser’s language instead and display the content in that language?

Wondering if WPML has capabilities to create duplicate slugs in permalinks?
Wanting to organize urls by Country and Language (since some countries will also have multiple languages)
Example:
http://www.domain.com/COUNTRY/LANGUAGE/pagenmae
Spain/English –> http://www.domain.com/es/en/pagename
Spain/Spanish –> http://www.domain.com/es/es/pagename
So, wondering if WPML can help me to have ‘ES’ slug twice in single url.

thank you for your interest in WPML. The ListingPro theme is not on our list of themes compatible with WPML so officially it’s not considered WPML-compatible but Looking at our support threads I can say that you can translate many elements from that team:
