Hello,
I would like to request a quote for further resale, as a company we are a reseller, specializing in the distribution of computer software. Therefore, we are looking for a quote for one of our clients (Kancelaria Sejmu) who has shared interest in:
WPML Multilangual Agency – (Renewal) License End Date – December 31, 2025 x 1 pc.
This is quite urgent as the deadline for sending over offers is 13.12 09:00CET, so if you could get back to us by then we would be grateful.
Hello,
we don’t have any offer for reselling WPML (actually, reselling WPML is not allowed) but any of our client can become our affiliate. Regular affiliate commission is 20%, primate affiliate commission is 40%.
Hello, I’m using The Events Calendar plugin on my website. I want to implement wpml for translating events into different languages. My default language will be Serbian, but I want to translate my Events also to English.
I have questions about whether I need to buy Multilingual Blog or Multilingual CMS.
Also, I want to create some events that will be exclusively on English, so only English version of the website will show this events. The same applies to Serbian exclusive languages.
Also, The Events Calendar has the option of Subscribe to Calendar, which syncs all the events to you Google Calendar for example. If I were to implement WPML for translation, how would this impact Google Calendar sync? Will the Google Calendar contain Serbian and English Events separately or will they be on the same Calendar?
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in WPML.
WPML is compatible with the Events Calendar plugin but there are some known compatibility issues – you can check the list of issues at the bottom of this page: https://wpml.org/plugin/the-events-calendar/
You need the Multilingual CMS to use WPML with the Events Calendar plugin.
Also, I want to create some events that will be exclusively on English, so only English version of the website will show this events. The same applies to Serbian exclusive languages.
Yes, this is possible. Simply don’t translate these events. This means that you cannot use the “Translate Everything Automatically” mode. You can still translate your pages and events automatically, even in a bulk way.
WPML also allows you to create pages/events etc. in non-primary language and leaving them without translations too.
WPML even allow you to provide completely diffrent content for languages.
Will the Google Calendar contain Serbian and English Events separately or will they be on the same Calendar?
I’m sorry but I don’t know the answer to this question. I haven’t found any information about the syntonisation feature in our documentation and in our support forum. If you want you can buy WPML and test it yourself. We have a 30-day refund period and you can use our support forum during that trial.
Is it possible for me to have my website translated into 6-7 languages automatically, so that I don’t have to translate and add anything myself? And is it possible for me to add the languages to the header menu as a dropdown?
Hello,
WPML supports many languages – please check the list of Supported Languages for Automatic Translation with WPML to see if your languages are there. However, translating automatically requires using so-called translation credits. You will receive 90 000 translation credits when purchasing the Multilingual CMS package, which will allow you to translate 45 000 words. If you need more credits, you need to pay extra. This page explains your options. At the bottom of this page you will find an interactive calculator that allows you to see how many credits you will need and how much you will pay for your number of languages: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/#simulate-your-translation-price
Yes, you can add the languages to your header menu. You have to go to WPML > Languages > Menu language switcher
Salve,

Does WPML work with multisites? If so, what pricing package is required? I’ll be starting with 2-3 subsites, and want to add around 20 more subsites in the future. If I start with the Multilingual CMS, can I upgrade to Multilingual Agency at any time?
Yes, WPML works with WordPress Multisite: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multisite-support/
Yes, you can start with Multilingual CMS and upgrade to the Multilingual Agency at any time for the difference in the purchase price.
If we purchase the Multilingual Blog plan now, but later decide to upgrade to the Multilingual CMS or Multilingual Agency plan, will we get a prorated rebate or discount for the difference in price, until the end of the year, at which point we could renew at the upgraded plan?
Hello,
When you upgrade you pay only the difference between your initial package and the one you are upgrading to. You can upgrade at any time. You will find an option to do so in your WPML account.
Hello John,
I am afraid we don’t have downgrade plans. You need to wait until the expiry date and once the subscription has expired you will be able to log in to your account and purchase a new subscription for the full amount.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Hello,
we will check your case and if we will refund your the money if you were changed more than needed. I can see that indeed you have two renewal orders from December one from Dec 5, 2024 and another one from Dec 8, 2024. First, I need to ask our admins to check why it happened. I will get back to you soon with details.
Hello.
I have missed the question, but here goes.
I’m working on a client site and was recomended you via DIVI Theme builder
I was wondering, If I had 5 pages in say 1 lang, how does it work when I need it translated into 2 other languages? do I end up with 15 pages, 5 pages for each language or does I have 5 pages in 3 languages?
Hello,
when WPML translates a page it creates a new WordPress for each language. If you translate 5 pages to 2 languages you will end up with 15 WordPress pages in total (5 existing ones, 5 new in lang A, 5 new in lang B). This approach to translating pages is good for SEO and recommended by Google standards. Each of these newly-created page will have it’s own URL. You can visit our showcase to see our clients’ sites.
We have a request to add a few languages to the website based on location and language; we think a multi-language solution. Let me know please, if your solution covered all requirements below and if yes, how to configure it and how much will it cost?
Requirement here:
Duplicate the existing UK site (www.record360.com/uk) as a base for Spanish, German, and French versions.
So we are only duplicating the “must-have” pages from the UK site.
As for translation, our team will handle both the translations and uploading of the translated text into the new pages.
I want to ensure search engines recognize the appropriate page based on region and language (e.g., Spanish-speaking users land on the Spanish site).
This is mostly because forms must route leads to the correct Account Executives based on location/language.
As mentioned, we implemented Hreflang codes to direct search results to the correct language pages, but the management solution might help with this. It’s important the US page doesn’t come up in UK, DE, ES or FR results.
As discussed, using a multi-language management solution could simplify organization and improve SEO long-term. Please share recommendations for platforms, licensing costs, and implementation details.
Region Language Redirected To Notes
Americas (exclude Spanish speaking countries) Any http://www.record360.com Default global site for users outside South America.
South America Spanish http://www.record360.com/es Spanish-speaking users in South America should go to the Spanish site.
EMEA (excluding France and Germany) Any http://www.record360.com/uk Default UK site for EMEA users. A list of EMEA countries will be provided.
Spain Any http://www.record360.com/uk Redirect to UK site as part of EMEA region.
France French http://www.record360.com/fr Redirect to the French site for users in France.
Germany German http://www.record360.com/de Redirect to the German site for users in Germany.
Hello Tania,
I’m not sure what you mean by “duplicating”. When you translate pages (posts, products, etc) using WPML, it creates new WordPress pages but in other languages. Each translated page will get its own URL with the language code in the URL (es for Spanish, fr for French etc). Please check this website (wpml.org) to see how we handle the URLs, we use the WPML plugin as well (e.g. go to the homepage and use the language switcher with flags to see the homepage in other languages. You can also preview the HTML source to see how the href langs look like).
Can you give me a cost estimate for translation: 500 000 words in 4 languages, which INCLUDES the cost of the plugin (that already comes with 90 000 credits)?
The calculator gives me the cost without taking the 90 000 credits into account.
Thank you in advance,
Hello,
I will need a translation into Filipino for our website.
I dit not find it in the list of supported languages. What does this imply?
Is there a way to include Filipino as one of the languages?
Hello,
you are right, Filipino is not supported. You can add Filipino as a custom language and translate it yourself (e.g. by copy-pasting the translations from external translation tools such as Google Translate).
As I understand, the current setup only works with the browser’s language switcher.
What we need is for the website to automatically redirect users based on their location. For example, if someone accesses the website from Venezuela, they should be redirected to the Spanish version of the page, regardless of the browser language being used. Is that correct?
Is there no option to set up redirection by location?
Additionally, we need to differentiate between the US and UK versions of the site as well.
Could you please provide an update on this as soon as possible?
Hello, I would need a prepayment link to be created on our company name for the multilingual agency version (199Euro), so I can send it to our accounting for payment. To go online and make an online purchase trough your site is not a possibility for us as all goes trough our finance department.
Thank you for understanding
Please let me know how to add google adds conversion id for different languages using seopress and wpml.Is this possible to add google add seperate ids.
Thank you
Good afternoon. I’m confused about this point https://prnt.sc/Q38MAU5Q7V2D for the basic tariff. Does this mean I won’t be able to create a menu in another language, for example? Will the default menu be used in all languages and I won’t be able to assign any translation to it at all?
ı am interested in buying wordpress cms but i want to know do i have to pay 99 eur everyear to make plugin work or is this a one time payment only? so do I own the plugin or ı just rented for a year? thank you.
ıf ı dont pay 99 eur next year all the translations will be gone?
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in WPML.
> do i have to pay 99 eur everyear to make plugin work
No, renewals are optional. If you want to cancel your WPML subscription, this page explains how: https://wpml.org/purchase/wpml-renewal/#switch-to-manual
> so do I own the plugin or ı just rented for a year? thank you.
You can download the WPML plugins to your local drive and keep them for as long as you want but please note that without an active WPML subscription you won’t be able to register WPML for new sites. You can also use the WPML plugins that you already installed for as long as you want but if you cancel your WPML subscription you will now receive updates. But you won’t lose your translation and the plugin will still work (of course we cannot anticipate what will happen if you upgrade your WordPress and won’t upgrade WPML plugins).
> ıf ı dont pay 99 eur next year all the translations will be gone?
No, the translations are saved in your WordPress database and you can keep them even if you cancel your WPML renewals. As mentioned above, WPML plugins will also work in that case.
This page explains the details: https://wpml.org/purchase/wpml-renewal/
I have purchased WPML.. an email was sent with my credentials to login for the first time. But I keep getting an error that the user id or password is incorrect.
Hello Alice,
when pasting the user and password please make sure that you are not pasting any extra spaces.
You can also reset your password by following this link: https://wpml.org/account/lost-my-password/
If this doesn’t help, please use this form to contact us and we will reset the password for you.
Hello,
You requested a WPML refund on December 4, 2024 and your order was refunded.
Now, your WPML subscription is cancelled.
I’m not sure what is your current question. Could you please formulate your question again? What do you expect from us now? We will help but it’s not clear what is your current question. Thank you.
when you see below,
no. 1 is developed in nov. and set up th wpml before the subsciption is finished.
after that I didn’t pay for next year payment. why https://cocorycolor.com is not working??
We discussed this in our Zoom call and we display the message for all refunded users. WPML will work but you see the message because you refunded your order.
I checked with our admins and the messages is displayed for all clients who requested a refund. We do this because we consider refunds are returning the product that you no longer want to use. The only way to get rid of this message is to purchase WPML again. If you don’t want to be charged for future years you can cancel your WPML subscription after purchasing (or switch to manual renewals).
Pricing page states that I am buying the WPML, but on the order page it already appears that there will be a renewal payment in a year. Can you please clarify whether it is a lifetime purchase or a subscription?
Your previous question was awaiting moderation. I have just replied. It’s an annual subscription but renewals are optional and you can even switch to manual renewals is you want: https://wpml.org/purchase/wpml-renewal/#switch-to-manual
Hello, we are considering a large purchase for our website. Prior the purchase, we would like to clarify a couple of things:
1. Can we get an offer tailored for our website in terms of the price and a number of words?
3. How would a transition from Gtranslate to wpml look? In terms of technical part and SEO rankings part?
4. We need the localized URLs structure to be: https://website.com/es/, do you support that?
5. Do you offer an ability to exclude specific pages from auto-translations?
6. Do you offer an ability to change the layout/add new blocks on auto-translated pages? For example on the original english page we have les blocks than on translated ones.
Hello,
1. Please use this calculator to estimate how much you will pay for extra credits. When purchasing the Multilingual CMS package you will get 90 000 credits for free.
3. WPML generates a new WordPress page with its own URL for each page you translate. This is very good for SEO and recommended by Google. Please check our showcase with our client’s site to see examples: https://wpml.org/showcase/
4. Yes, we support this. If you add Spanish to your site when configuring WPML, the Spanish part of your site will be available with the URLs with the es prefix.
5. Yes, please don’t select “Translate Everything Automatically” mode when setting up WPML. Select “Let me choose what to translate” instead and then manually select the pages you want to translate automatically from WPML > Translation Management screen. This way you have full control on what will be translated and what will not.
6. This is possible but after applying this option you can no longer translate such pages automatically: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/

This is useful when you would like to handle regions such as French for Canada or general French.
WPML doesn’t handle redirections.
WPML adds href langs automatically. This page explains the details: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/adding-hreflang-wordpress/

This is possible but a bit tricky. Please check this page:

I am afraid we do not offer other purchase options than the ones described on the following link
https://wpml.org/purchase/purchase-process/
Please let me know how to add google adds conversion id for different languages using seopress and wpml.Is this possible to add google add seperate ids.
Thank you
Hello,
WPML is compatible with SEOPress and this documentation explains how to use it: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/optimize-wpml-multilingual-sites-for-search-engines-using-seopress/
The documentation doesn’t cover how you can approach adding Google adds conversion id for different languages. Let me reach out to other people from my company to seek for some answers on this specific question. I will keep you posted.
There is a chance that you will be able to provide different ids by following this method:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#translate-admin-and-settings-strings
If this doesn’t work, you can check with our technical support team for other solutions.

Hello Oleksandr,
This means you will have to translate your menu manually, as is shown here https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/

Hello,
You requested a WPML refund on December 4, 2024 and your order was refunded.

Hello,
You are purchasing a subscription which you can cancel at any time and keep the plugin and the translation. https://wpml.org/purchase/wpml-renewal/
Can you please clarify whether it is an annual subscription or a lifetime purchase?
Thank you
Your previous question was awaiting moderation.
