    • We use PayPal and 2checkout as payment processors. PayPal allows sending money via e-checks so you should be able to buy WPML without a credit card. To use this option, you will need to create a PayPal account.

    I am currently considering purchasing.
    By the way, I do not know whether I should buy a CMS yearly account or a lifetime account.

    I would like to know renewal pricing conditions if I upgrade to a lifetime account at the end of a year after I purchase a yearly account.

    • The yearly and lifetime accounts give you the exact same plugin, but with durations for support and updates. If you buy a lifetime account you only need to pay once and you will receive support and updates for life (with no additional charge). If you buy a yearly account, you get one year of support and updates. You can renew support and updates for each additional year at a 50% discount.

        The answer is yes, but please note that it is how it works now. We might change our pricing model in the future. So for the time being, you can upgrade to the Lifetime account anytime and you will just pay the difference in purchase price ($116 instead of $195).

    I already bought wpml yearly but I didn’t receive a renewal e-mail with the discount this year, I did receive the e-mail the years before that and now wpml is expired and asks me to pay the full price…

    • That’s odd. Our system sends these reminder emails very reliably. We send an email 30 days before the account expiration and then 3 days before. We send a lot of emails, so there’s a chance that these two emails hit your ‘promotions’ or ‘spam’ or something like that. If your account expired just a few days ago, let me know and we’ll extend it a bit for you to renew at a discount.

    Una de las webs utiliza el plugin Multilingüe CMS Lifetime que fue adquirido a traves de la empresa que desarrolló la web la que nos ha proporcionado un código para las actualizaciones. Tengo que traducir otra web y necesito saber si se puede utilizar el mismo plugin mismo código para otros sitios? (la cuenta esta creada con los datos de la empresa que desarrollo la web y ya no se trabaja más con esta empresa) o se debe comprar otra vez el plugin?

      Gracias por preguntar. Puedes registrar WPML en cuantos dominios/sitios necesites, mientras tengas acceso a la cuenta y la suscripción esté activa.

    I bought over paypal CMS for 79 dollars again. I paid but here nothing happen. I don’t get any email from WPML. Only from PayPal that I paid for the wpml service.

    • Our admins say that everything is fine with your account. We sent you an email with th credentials. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find this email. Could you please try to log into your WPML account and see if you can see the plugins there (Download section)?

    I am using Divi from Elegant Themes, and I have been using WPML blog package which I bought for $29. My account has recently expired and I plan to renew it, at the same with WooCommerce Multilingual thrown in. I have a few questions:

    (1) As a returning customer, do I enjoy any discount if I upgrade to a lifetime package ?

    (2) I have already translated my website using WPML, but the WooCommerce pages cannot be translated until and unless I purchase WooCommerce Multilingual. Is translation process for WooCommerce pages done separately for WooCommerce multilingual ? Or will it overwrite the existing non-WooCommerce pages that I have already translated ?

    (3) Eventually when the WooCommerce pages are translated, can a customer who purchases in product in the original English page “jump” to another translated page and see that the account details are updated across both original and translated versions? Or must a customer who starts his purchase in one language version finish his purchase in the same language version?

  11. Hi, our subscription is no more. I have to prolong as I did for many years for $39 a year.

    But now that options has gone?

    Q2: you tell on https://wpml.org/faq/does-wpml-support-machine-translation/ that Google dont like machine translated douments. But why do they sell https://cloud.google.com/translate/pricing ther Translation API then?
    I know some of your translation services use thsi api too so why not embed it directly in WPML?

    Any plans integrating this? Or should I migrate to wp polylang with lingotek-translation?

      I see your subscription expired on Jan 6th. Did you not receive the mail with the notification to renew? You are also welcome to upgrade to lifetime for the difference (116$ instead of 195$)

        • Also the VAT that was suspended in my last invoice due to a correct VAT number is now added! Bug?
          And where is the one year subscription gone?

            • Hi Agnes, tnxs. My subscription seesm valid now for 2 more days, so I can get the 1 year renewal. Only the VAT bug is open now but I see that the VAT number is not automatically added on the buy page (the VAT field is empty there although I have a valid vat number in my account)

        • Hello, indeed, we didn’t send you the renewal notification. So we have just extended the expired subscription for two more days ( until 13th January) so that you can renew once again using the discount.

          Please note that in order to be excluded from VAT a valid VAT number needs to be submitted on the checkout process.

    if I upgrade my account to “Multilingual CMS” what will happen to my account expire date .. I will get new year or I should pay again after 2 month to renew my account ?

    • Hello. If you have a Multilingual Blog subscription that will expire in 11-3-2018, if you upgrades now to Multilingual CMS, the expiration date will be pushed one year further. So it will became 11-3-2019 more or less.

      So if you upgrade, you don’t need to renew or take any action in 2 months. No worries.

I doubled checked with another person and it turns out that you can upgrade, but in March you will see the subscription expire and you will need to renew it for 39$.         but for now I don’t think it’s good deal to pay 50$ + 40$ = 90$ to upgrade to a 80$ package 🙂
        maybe I will buy cms package after 2 month and it will be more cheap than buying it now :/

      we are compatible with the Genesis theme but the Agentpress Pro theme and the AgentPress plugin – these haven’t been tested by our Compatibili Team so we cannot say what issues you can expect here.   15. I am investigating the best way to setup a multilingual multisite using WPML

    Assuming WPML can handle this?

    For a WPML setup is it better to have the separate sites based on a subdomain of the main site with the languages in folders inside the subdomain or vice versa?

    I am running polylang on my whole site and I have added woocommerce to my site. Am I able to have WPML and Polylang run on the same site? I’ll use WPML for Woocommerce and Polylang for the site as it is already built. Unless you guys can think of a better solution?

    But I have a big question. Can WPML translate back end add-on/ plugin string?

    For example, I’ve installed a woocommerce add-on, and the back end setting language use English. Can I change it to Bahasa Indonesia?
