  1. hi, I am interested in the Multilingual CMS plugin. But it seems to be very expensive when I convert from USD to Malaysia ringgit.
Can I ask for a discount?

  2. Hi I am not quite sure how to reply on your reply. I have asked about if there are any discounnts for 900 000 pay-as-you-go credits and since your packages show up to 500 000 credits, would I have to translate first month 500 000, and next month be able to translate the rest 400 000 or I can go 900 000 in the first month?

    • We have set up this limit to avoid situations that someone is suddenly surprised that they have been charged a lot. I think we can change the limit for you if you ask us to do so. I would recommend you to start with the credits you have, configure the site and then request the extra credits by contacting us directly. You can use this form: https://wpml.org/home/contact-us/contact-form/

    • Hello,
WPML is used to make your site multilingual (for example in English and in Chinese) and you can choose Chinese traditional language as your target language too and we support machine translation translations for both versions of Chinese. I’m not sure what exactly you mean by “covert to Chinese and traditional Chinese.” How many languages your site will have and which ones?

  3. Hi,

We like to buy your Multilingual CMS WordPress and Woocommerce plugin, but we do not have a company credit card and also not Paypal.

We can however pay via bank transfer within the EU IBAN banking system. That would also be faster and would mean less for cost you in Credit card or Paypal commission

Can you send us your bank account details so we can transfer the cost of the product to you.

    Best regards,
    Peter

    • Hello Peter, I’m sorry but we don’t accept direct bank translfers. PayPal and Credit Card are the only methods we accept.

  4. buongiorno, voglio comperare il pacchetto “Multilingual Blog” ma il sistema mi impedisce l’acquisto perchè? non ho intenzione di rinnovare il pacchetto che è in scadenza il 24/10 ma non posso acquistare un nuovo pacchetto. cosa devo fare?

    • Hello Rosangela,
I am sorry I am replying in English.
I see you have an Agency subscription. We don’t have downgrade options. You need to cancel your subscription so that the Agency does not renew and then purchase a new one for Blog, for the full amount.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

  5. Hi, I want to renew my subscription. I used to have WPML few years ago, then I stopped using it. Now I want to reinstall it on my new website. If I renew it now and it won’t work with my new website or theme or I will just not be happy with it, could I still get a refund?

  9. Hallo, ein Kunde von mir hat WPML “Mehrsprachig CMS” gekauft und möchte seine Sprachen FR, GB, TR automatisch übersetzen lassen. Dazu muss er sich ja registrieren und leider eine Kartennummer eintragen. Der Kunde hat keine Kreditkarte, wie kann er dann für eventuelle Übersetzungen bezahlen? Bitte um schnelle Hilfe. Danke LG Gerald Oswald

  10. I had a question from October 21… but I couldn’t seem to keep the string going even though I clicked the REPLY button. My site is in English. Need a Czech language version. It’s a “cottage Industry” website as it does not generate a lot of revenue (dog breeder). I might use both of your editors, the classic and supply my translation and the Advanced. But once the site is translated (maybe 10,000 words to start) it may only need very little to none translation per year. What happens if I just pay for a year then opt out? I realize there will be software updates

    • Hi Ross,
If you don’t pay for the renewal you will lose updates and support. The translated content will remain on your site.

  11. Hi,

when I buy your plugin and install it on demo domain where I’m developing web site, can I transfer it to production domain?
Do I have to buy one more? is key bounded to a domain or can I change domain with the same key? since demo site will be shut down and production site on other domain will continue using wpml key.

    thanks

    • Hello,
yes, you can move your development site to production without “wasting” the key. The CMS package allows you to register 3 production sites and 9 development sites.

  12. Hi,

I’m interested in WPML with Woocommerce. Is it possible to only have one product page labels appear in Spanish and the rest in English?

    Thank you.

  13. Hi,

can I translate Hot Spot items without rebuilding the page for new language? Is it possible to translate them as usually translate text with wpml?
Theme is 7 theme, Hot Spot is element in WP Bakery Page Builder.

    Thanks,

  14. “Hello, Hawaiian is not supported for machine translation. You can see supported languages here: https://ate.wpml.org/mt_langs So the only way for you to use WPML with Hawaiian is to provide your translations.”

What is meant by provide your own translations?
Is that an English word for Hawaiian word dictionary?

    • Hello John,
WPML offers you different options to translate your content:
      1. manual translations
      2. automatic/machine translations
      3. mix of 1 and 2

Machine translations (option 2) can be used only with the languages from the list I provided.
If you use option 1, and you translate your page, an empty editor will open and you need to type in the translation yourself (you can copy-paste it from somewhere else or you can write from scratch if you know the language)

  15. Hello – trying to purchase the CMS package for a charity organisation who are exempt from VAT, but there is no option to select no VAT for the invoice. Can you advise please?
    Thanks
    Michelle

  16. Hello dear WPML Support Team,

I am planning to set up automatic translation with DeepL on my website from English to German, Spanish, Portuguese and French (= 4 languages) and would like to calculate the monthly price needed for this.

    Below is my rough calculation:
    1. Multilingual Agency WMPL Package
    – First year: Annual $190 ($190/12 = $15.83 / month)
    – from the 2nd year: Annual 149$/ year (149$/12 = 12,46$)
    2. DeepL Credits
    – Currently about 75,000 words to translate (I assume automatic translation)
    – 3 credits per automatically translated word: approx. 225,000 credits (-180,000 free credits from Multilingual Agency WMPL) = 45,000 credits (<50,000 credits = 12$/month)
    3. summarized monthly costs
    – 1st year: 15.83$/ month (Multilingual Agency WMPL) + 12$ month (additional credits) = 28.83$ / month
    – From 2nd year: 12,42$/ month (Multilingual Agency WMPL) + 12$ month (additional credits) = 24,42$ / month

    = 1st year: 28,83$ / month
    = from 2nd year: 24,42$ / month

    My request to you:
    1. am I correct that with the monthly cost calculated above I can translate my English website into four different languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese and French)?
    2. in my calculation I assume that I have to redeem 3 credits per translated word (from English to four different languages). Is this correct, or do I have to pay 3 credits per translated language with Deepl? (that would be 12 credits to translate one word into four different languages).

I thank you in advance for your support!

    Cheers,
    Josh

    • Hi Josh,
      Your calculations are correct.
About the second question, it’s option 2
We charge per translated word, per language.

3 credits per translated language with Deepl? (that would be 12 credits to translate one word into four different languages).
      This is correct

  17. Hi WPML,

I would like to get a WPML-CMS licence for 3 months please. It’s for business purposes that the yearly licence will be in the accounting later but I still can go on with my work.

Is this possible? It would help a lot!

    Many thanks in advance, Dany
